We repair all lighting products at our premises in Meadowdale.
The guarantee will be null and void if any modifications whatsoever have been done to fixtures including the removal of Energy Audit labels and the removal or addition of other components.
Lamps and control gear supplied directly to customers for retrofitting into their own fixtures will carry no guarantee unless said retrofit has been approved by Energy Audit.
Energy Audit may not be held responsible for any photometric claims made in conjunction with any retrofit done by third parties.
